As of November 2006, Newzbin no longer offers email-based support for users of the site.
To replace email support, a new web-based ticket system has been developed to handle your queries/issues in a more effective manner.
A Support section has also been developed that gives an overview of the new system and several FAQs to answer common questions.

If you do have an issue related to site support/sales/issues, then please raise a support ticket; it will be handled by a member of the support team (for support issues) or the administration (for sales and other issues) as soon as it is possible to do so.

For enquiries that are unrelated to site support/sales/issues, send your correspondence to the following email address: enquiries (at) newzbin (dot) com.
Please note that whilst we endeavour to answer all queries within a day, it may take up to a week in order to process your enquiry; furthermore, any emails that are sent to this address that are related to site support/sales/issues will be ignored.
Emails sent to old addresses (such as staff, and sales) will not be read, and pretty soon they won't even be accepted by our email system, and will bounce.
